RENOVO Development Group is a newly formed real estate development organization committed to creating transformational and sustainable properties/developments that are responsive to the needs and unique attributes of communities in which we build. 

Our approach begins and ends with partnership across all aspects of the development process and across every touch point to deliver the highest quality product.  This is best evidenced in our strategic partnership with accomplished firms, including Kitchen & Associates for architectural services, DOMUS General Contractors for construction services and Presby’s Inspired Life for Management and Supportive services.

Parris Hall is a co-founder of RENOVO Development Group, LLC and serves as a Managing Director of the Company.  Mr. Hall has over 22 years of experience in new business development and leading/managing multi-million dollar business unit operations, domestic and international, with preeminent financial service (CitiGroup 11+ years; American Express 7+ years) and consumer products firms (Pepsi Co., Restaurant Division, Northeast Regional Markets, 4+ Years).  Mr. Hall has an Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and managed construction projects for Sun Oil Company.  Mr. Hall received a MBA from the Wharton School, Graduate Division, and completed graduate studies at the Stockholm School of Economics.
